      I recently visited the store and was appalled by the behavior I witnessed. While I was there, I could hear Bryan rudely treating the staff that were on shift. His attitude was not only unprofessional, but downright disrespectful. It was uncomfortable to witness, and it made me seriously reconsider renting from a company that allows such an arrogant and mean-spirited individual to behave this way towards their employees. I expect better from a business that wants to maintain a positive
