    I ordered a product from this company last year, they were helpful at that time. I have been calling for over a month. Nobody has answered. I’ve left repeated messages, including messages, asking them if they are no longer in business. I have had ongoing problems with the system, although purchased it last year, we completed the project and installed it, it is far different than what I had discussed with them and have problems with the unit itself constantly leaking. I have now purchased another system as I realize there is no support available in any capacity. I just want a full refund. Will send this junk back.

    placed order for replacement water filters oct 01, 2023. order not received.Ive emailed, called with no answer, and left voicemails with no answer and no response. This is unacceptable customer service. ********************** should provide a full refund. Thank you.

    Order number ********* was shipped and physically received by the **** on  10/3/2023 according to our warehouse records.  After contacting the ****, they determined that the package as lost in transit and that the driver must have missed scanning that package.  In reviewing our daily manifest, there were two (2) other **** shipments with the same box dimensions that were not scanned upon pickup and were subsequently lost.

    A replacement shipment was sent to the customer on 12/6/2023 and was delivered on 12/12/2023 at 5:04 PM.  The proof of delivery is attached.
