We leased a 3 bedroom until from the Hillards for 5 years. Not a single complaint during the entire time. They were very timely in resolving any and all issues and were flexible with us on move out date since our new build was slightly delayed last minute.

I rented from Hillard Properties for 4 years. I had maybe a total of 4 problems in those 4 years with the rental. Which was then fixed immediately after I called the office. They had exceptional ****** ********** service. The rent alone was very very reasonable for the homes she was providing. Along with the pet fees. Her and her family were a big step in my life, and I will always appreciate the home they had for rent when I was younger. Many memories and friends were made in that home/neighborhood. They definitely do well with the people they place in the homes as well. Which made me feel even safer that they took the pro cautions of making sure we were all good people living door to door. Thanks again ******!

Scammers! I submitted an application and they quickly prompted me to submit a screening. I submitted everything and awaited a reply the next day. Well, I woke up to a message stating that the property was no longer available. From one day to another. I called to get an explanation and they stated that there was an applicant before me. Most rental companies that complete the process correctly. Go one-by-one down the line. So I spent $60 for their pocket, and we are about to be homeless because we havent been able to find a place thanks to scammers like Hillard Properties! Why was I charged a screening fee if someone else was before me? I have no idea. They couldnt answer the simplest of questions.
