      SidNetworks has been providing advanced IT consulting services to Bethesda Health Clinic and Hangers of Hope Thrift Stores for many years now. Sidney Collum, owner of SidNetworks, has oftentimes come to the clinic or one of our thrift stores with a new employee to coach them on technical matters and to train them by example how to provide great customer service. Therefore, it doesn't matter which SidNetworks technician is sent - they are all well trained and pleasant to work with. All my calls or emails to SidNetworks are answered promptly, if not immediately, and Sidney is easy to reach directly. If I was to name the one thing that makes SidNetworks my go to technology company, it would be "easy to work with."
