  I contacted my local ****** dealer did not hear back from ***** sales rep for days so in the meantime, I contacted ******** ******** dealer. They told me they did not have an ** 600 They also told me the price on it is around $32,500 plus tax for the machine if they had one, so they told me I could call around other dealerships and see if they would sell me one if they had it. so I ended up getting a hold of Tyler ********************** dealer talk to the sales rep ***** he told me in fact I did have one left and that he would sell it to me as long as the ****** dealer was OK with it so I was able to get a hold of ***** the ****** rep after days and he ended up saying they were fine with them selling me one. Then ***** drag me on for two weeks not answering my phone calls or call me back respond to text every once in a while. So I ended up having to call the store to ask for a manager. They said the manager retired and they dont have a manager right now and then ***** got on the phone and told me now if theyre going to sell it to us. Their price is $40,000 out the door, and he first claimed that he had to share his his profits with ******. Then later told me he had to sell it to me for that price because hes not gonna make any money off of parts and service down the road. What the sales rep did one is very unprofessional and two completely wrong. I am half tempted to contact my lawyer and see if I have a case here but all Im wanting to do is literally buy one of your equipment for asking price like I was led to believe by ***** and I will be happy. I know you guys are about to stop making the ** 600 thats why I really want one of these is for the weight of the machine. It will fit my operation and theres not many left across the nation. I do have text messages to support what Im saying but also a lot was talked about and promised over the phone. Im hoping that we can resolve this as simple as you guys selling me an ** 600 for what youre asking like I was told I could do.

  This particular individual called several dealerships looking for availability and pricing on the SK600, then expected ** to sell our unit at the price he was quoted at another dealership. We have been in business for over forty years and never received a complaint from the Better Business Bureau.
  
  Ditch Witch of East Texas is an independent dealership with primary area of responsibility where the manufacture assigns **. We are asked to take care of our customers in our area, and we pride ourselves in customer service. The issue with this customer has been resolved.

  We met the price that was quoted to the customer. Customer put a deposit down to hold the machine and will pick up the machine in ***** days.
