    On 12/26 I added $500 to the Paywint app. My money was not made available to me. I have messaged several times asking about the availability of my money. I was told there was a several issue. I messaged 10hrs later and was told my money would be released in an hour still nothing. I checked the next day and still have not gotten my money. I messaged again and was told my account is in the review process and will be released soon. Here is is 2 days later and I still do not have access to my money and no one is responding. I am now under the impression this a scam and fraudulent service.

    Were really sorry for the trouble youve experienced. Ive taken a closer look at your account, and it seems that on December 26, 2024, you initiated a $500 transaction. However, our system flagged your account for a routine verification, so we didnt capture the funds. Instead, the money was automatically returned to your card.

    Account reviews are part of our efforts to keep the platform safe and secure for everyone. Once the review is complete, your account should be back to normal and able to process payments successfully. In the meantime, Ill **** your case as "Priority" to speed things up.

    As for the $500, it typically takes 1-2 business days to reflect back in your account, depending on your bank. If you havent seen the refund yet, dont worrywere here to help track it down.     Once again, Im truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Thanks for bringing it to our attention, and were here to make things right.

    I tried to add money to my paywint account but after they took the money from my bank account it was never added to my paywint balance and the app stopped working right after. I believe this company is a complete scam because they stole my money.
