      I ordered service to start November ******. Their can was put out at 9:30pm on Sunday for early pickup on Monday. They did not pick up the trash, so I called a little after 8am and the customer ********************** person said that happens with new customers. ?????I was informed that someone would be out to pick up the garbage. At 9:30pm I brought the can in after weather reports of 35mph gust were going to happen overnight. Trying to be a good neighbor and not letting the trash blow in the neighborhood, I brought the can in. I got the can back out around 8am the next day and no one picked up the garbage. At that point I phoned GPS and the customer ********************** was provoking and obviously had set comments. I was informed that a truck was sent out and the can was not at the end of the drive and they work in any weather. At that point I politely ask if I could bring the can to them to help and at that point she stated that I should take the trash to the dump because "they are not a trash dump". After getting so frustrated with the way I was treated that I could only hangup. I called back and spoke with ******, who said she was listening and repeated that I should take it to the trash dump because they were not a "trash dump". If I was to do business with this company, I took it on the chin and phoned ****** to apologize.I built 3 and sold 3 business with the focus on customer relations. This was not good customer **********************. I will continue their service because they charged me for 2 months up front. They HAVE NOT provide terms of service or customer policy so I am not sure if I can cancel the service.

      I am VERY pleased with service we are receiving. We swapped from another company during the month of March to GPS as the company we were with got to where they were not very concerned when or if they were going to show up to pickup either ours or the all of the neighbors trash. It was really getting ridiculous. I saw GPS cans while driving around my area so gave them a call. Nothing but good information, Great help, and reassurance of quality service they were going to provide. Signed up to give them a try and have not regretted one moment of that decision. We as well as all of our neighbors were with the other company for approximately 18 years and now we have all switched service to GPS and hopefully it will be as long or longer trash pickup service of this neighborhood. Thanks again GPS for the great service.
