      On December 23, 2024, I placed an online order (to be picked up) at Super 1 Foods on *****************************************************************************. I normally shop for myself, but I am shut in due to having surgery, all the items placed was in stock and my total was $67 something dollars. my online order #: *******. when placing my order, I unselected substitutions because I did not want any substitutions. I added notes by the items to only get that brand and I picked the size of the item I wanted. the shopper texted and said they were about to shop and then another text that it was completed. no text about an item not being in or why they picked the sizes of the items and not what I ordered or paid for. I called the store to speak with the manager, ***** *****, was who I spoke with, and he stated that I could bring the wrong items back for a refund. I stated to him how that was impossible when I am down due to surgery. my sister picked up my order before she headed out of town so going back to the store was not an option and it should not have been one due to the store messing up my order. I am asking for a full refund or half of refund because I am down from surgery until Jan 3, 2025. I called the ***** # for corporate so I am waiting for a response and I also plan to write the company in *****, Tx for a resolution because this was not right, and this online option should not be allowed if the employee is not gone get the items that was paid for and substitute the size and pocketed the money that was paid. If I had known this store was being ran like this, I would have tried another store for an online pick-up order. for this employee to shop like this it was taught that way and management is to blame for this.

      Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Brookshire ***************. The Store Director at our Super 1 Foods location in ****** wanted to personally reach out to the customer to discuss and clarify the issues with her online order. Together, they went through each item and price-matched them to her receipt. Upon further research and discussion, it was determined on the transaction receipt and order report that all items Ms. *********************** were pulled and scanned as they were ordered. There were no substitutions. *** strives to provide incredible customer service in our stores and through our curbside ordering. We deeply regret the misunderstanding and confusion and are thankful we were able to connect with the customer to resolve this issue.

      I am rejecting this response because:   As the customer, I still stand with my initial complaint. As I stated withal the employee from the store, what I selected for my order online I did not get. I know the sizes I selected because I referred to items that was almost put in my home. The employee kept saying they shop the orders by the size and some of my orders didn't have a size just a price. The matter was not resolved and I will not be doing anymore online ordering from them. This was the second time this happened from an online order of mine, the 1st time it was just one item.
