      I paid $469.98 for New Sound Primo RA 801 Hearing aids on 02/09/2024. They stopped working on 06/20/2024 I paid $10.00 plus postage to get them repaired. The right aid was replaced a couple weeks later. Then on 09/04/2024 they stopped working again. Same problem both times. The programs get stuck, and I cannot change them. Messages I've received state the problem most likely is a wax problem. This cannot happen to cause the programs to stop working. I would like a full refund as these aids are clearly not working right. Thank you. ******* ******* e-mail ***************

      The programs the customer is having issues with are change via the customer's smart phone.  It is likly the program change issue is with the customer's smart phone.  We recomend the customer first reboot their smart phone.  If that does not work, delete and reload the SMARTWEAR app.

      We cannot fix a hearing aid if the issue is not with the hearing aid.

      We have tested custome's hearing aids several times in the past and have replaced one hearing aid.

      We offer customers free testing, repair and replacement of a year.  Customer just has to pay the shipping in both directions ($10 return shipping).

      We offer a 60 day return policy.  Since customer has had the hearing aids almost eight months a return is not an option.

      I order a hearing aid from them on 4/28/23 for $347.00 on line. Order number HB1140. They stated I would receive it in 5 to 7 days. I never got the order. I have reach out 8 times with email and text. No response from them. This item has already been taken from my credit card. I want my money back or the product. Plus a phone number to speak to someone live

      *********************** is NOT our customer.  He has never purchased a hearing aid from **.  His order number is not one of our order numbers nor is it in the correct format as our order numbers.

      ************** should review documents he received when he purchased his hearing aids from another supplier and contact that seller.  Should he not get a response he should file a ************ with his credit card company.
