    I contacted TDI and asked them to look at my air conditioning unit. It wasn't cooling the way it should and I believed that there was a leak. They sent a technician out and he tested the inside and outside units and couldn't find a leak in either unit. He then told me that it was probably a very small leak and that(after removing the refrigerant) they could valve out each unit(inside/outside) and fill the system with nitrogen to find the leak. They came back out and performed that testing. The technician still wasn't sure about the leak but said he believed the valves on the outside unit were leaking. TDI then gave me a quote to replace those valves. I asked for a breakdown on parts versus labor on the quote. The gentleman that called me with the quote told me that he couldn't break down the quote for me. I then called another HVAC company who came out and immediately found the leak on the inside unit. The coil was leaking. They found the leak within minutes of entering the attic. I called TDI back and spoke with the owner. I told him about my experience and asked him to refund me the money I spent on the second trip(valving out the units). He said he would call me back but didn't. Instead, he had the gentleman who had given me the quote call me back. He told me that he didn't believe TDI had made a mistake but that they could refund me half of the cost of the second trip. I told him that would be acceptable. He never called me back to arrange the refund. I called back and asked to speak to him several times and he never returned my call
