Risen Home Leveling and his crew were very polite and SEEMED knowledgeable. They were hired to relevel our manufactured home, my mother-in-law's pier and beam home next to us, and a single wide mobile home. Our home was done first and it was okay. We still have lots of squeaks and movement in places. My mother-in-law's home was definitely not done properly. We did have them come back, which took weeks, but I don't think they knew what they were doing. The floor was horribly unlevel and sloped drastically in places, even after Risen came back the 2nd time. We ended up having to hire another contractor, to fix the huge mess that Risen Home Leveling left us with. Risen never mentioned that we had termites and lots of termite damage, or that the beams, joists, sub-******************* were mostly rotted out and needed to be replaced under more than half the house. When the new contractor performed the work, they were able to recover all the previously installed materials because it was not even nailed in place. In all fairness, I will say that the work done on the 3rd house, seems to be okay. Calling the 2nd contractor first would have saved us nearly $5000.00!

The had the lowest price my wife could find for leveling our double wide. They did an OK job. However, there were a few problems:There is one area at the outer edge of the house the manufacturer specifically marked that there should be a support piling in that area. The piling was there, but was about 2" short. I had to add blocks to where it's actually supporting the house.Approx. 2 weeks later the floor is squeaking in an area that wasn't before. They did not replace the skirting they'd removed while working. I spent over 4 hours replacing the skirting.I tried to contact them, no response.
