    On August 28 we paid The *** in ***** tx $80 for a s**** analysis. We waited 2 hours for the owner **** also the only lab tech to show up to be able to collect and submit the specimen bc the results have to be read beginning at 30 minutes after the sample is collected. We were told we would have results by the next day and they would send a report to our drs office. It is now Sept 29 and we do not have any results and we have called multiple times left messages with multiple employees and have left messages on Todds personal cell phone that he gave us to contact him and we can not get anyone to give us results. My doctors office has also tried multiple times to contact them and they also can not get anyone to give them results. We really needed the results for a surgery I should have been having in October instead we are having to wait until after January now. We need these results preferably or the money back if there are no results so that we can go somewhere else

    I was finally able to obtain results from them but I am not convinced they are accurate as I held on the phone for over an hour while they typed up the report from tests done over a month ago.  This business definitely needs to be inspected to verify they are following proper lab protocols.

    I had a s**** analysis appointment on Sept 10th 2024. I have not recieved my results and have called multiple times. Each time I'm told they will be sent by the end of the day with no results. I paid $84.00 for this service. I have called the owners cell phone number that was given to me by office staff. He will not return my calls. He is the owner and the "tech" that performs the s**** analysis. After this incident I have read their ****** reviews and there's alot of complaints on there . I would like to get a refund and my results.

    My husband and I have been trying to have a child for 2 years. We had finally started making some progress with getting doctors to listen to us and begin testing. We were referred to The **** My husband paid $80 and dropped off his sample on 08/27/24 for a s**** analysis to be ran. We were informed on multiple occasions by The *** that they were faxing the results to my doctor's office. My doctor's office had also called them repeatedly and been told the same thing. As recently as 09/11/24, we were told they were faxing them over to my doctor's office "as we speak". My doctor's office never received the results so my husband went in person after leaving work early to figure out what was going on. His goal was to go in person, be handed the physical analysis results, and deliver them by hand to my doctor's office so that we could actually make some progress. He watched them dig through multiple giant stacks of unorganized papers for two hours trying to find his results. They finally told him they had found the results and were printing them off for him, only to then be told about 15 minutes later that they actually were somebody else's results with the same initials as him and his were lost. They have no idea where his sample is and do not have any analysis results for him. They did manage to find a copy of his driver's license and his intake form, but no sample or results. He now has to retest which makes us further delayed by about another week in getting the answers we need to start our family. We then were told that the assistant who was working there, and handled his specimen intake, left abruptly. They could not tell us where she put the sample and/or if she threw it away, stole it, etc. We are upset about them lying to us, and my doctor's office, for the past 3 weeks about faxing the results over and the fact that his specimen jar had various pieces of personal information on it (name, DOB, SSN, etc.). This is absolutely unacceptable & insane practice. 9/13/24

    The **** released my personal drug test results to another individual without my consent. I called the lab and spoke with a young women who advised she would look into the matter and call me back. No one has reached out to me. I called them on 07/11/24. Today is 07/27/24. They could not provide me an answer over the phone. I paid ****** to have a hair follicle test completed. I signed my authorization forms, releasing the results to only myself. Confidentiality is part of the agreement made when you pay for a service. The lab did not up-hold to this and violated my privacy rights.
