      Scheduled grass for delivery then the last minute tells us they cannot deliver. Took weeks to prep the area for the grass we asked them for. We didn't use anyone else because of their promise to deliver on a specific date. They only use one source for materials and their customers are subjected to a rain shower in ******** *****. I run a small business and having multiple sources is necessary in order to deliver the services your cliental is requesting. How after 30 years in this industry is he putting his businesses reputation on the line based on other controllable factors? I offered to discuss the benefit of multiple sources to keep his clients happy. He decided to call me and speak to me in such an unprofessional manner that NO ONE should ever deal with a company so arrogant. He decided I wasn't acceptable to do business with however I already decided he wasn't forward thinking enough to be a solution in East *****. I will find a source other than the company subjected to a little rain shower in ******** *****. In fact I have found another source since this disturbing and unprofessional phone call by the owner. The arrogance is astounding and the lack of foresight is disappointing. Since his ranting & raving phone call I have found multiple solutions to his problem and mine. I wish them luck but based on other reviews they just don't get it.
