    We hired Flowers to do conduct and manage a closing for an acquisition of a new home for one of our clients whose family was desperately seeking transition assistance out of there home within 30 days. We spoke with *********************** who assured us that her firm could assist in the transaction we sent them the signed contract November 22nd and they we checked in with ***** every week for throughout the entire process to insure they had everything and since this was a relatively new relationship we didnt want any unforeseeable surprises. ***** assured us she had everything until exactly December 23rd when she announced she hadnt gotten files from our lender. And that lender requested closing be pushed back from the 26th now to the 28th and she doesnt have anything to close mistified I jumped into damage control making calls tracking down people and answers then on the 28th we were blind sided yet again when we saw a email being sent to our lenders after requesting a specific documentation on title that she will know longer be handling file so I tracked down the title company in her email in which the company much to my surprise were just as confused about the transaction as we were as much as they were appreciative of the referral. They notified us that they were missing several standardized forms and title request which was incredibly surprising since this was with *************** since November 22nd they hadnt requested the very minimal title work it was almost as if they literally took the file set it on there desk and literally did absolutely nothing until the scheduled day of the official closing. Weve purchased multiple homes and worked with dozens of attorneys over the years Ive never seen a law firm virtually do nothing with a file prior to closing. Theyre negligence delayed the closing by weeks my poor clients depended on the closing funds to pay for travel expenses and living expenses out of the sell. Pure negligence, weve had the Airb&b them 10 days

    I am sorry to hear that ******************** was not happy with our services. We certainly want him to be happy and use us for future transactions. His file was processed by our closer, ***********************. We prepared a contract for closing and ran the title work. When **************** was notified that closing needed to be moved to a different date, she sprang into action as requested. The lender then notified **************** that an insured closing letter was required for the closing that only a title company can issue. The file was immediately transferred to a sister company and was processed accordingly. Flowers Davis PLLC only charged $250 for the contract preparation that was used in the closing. To date, this invoice has not been paid. If this invoice is paid, we will gladly refund ******************************** payment. We hope he is satisfied with this response and will consider using our firm in the future.

    I am rejecting this response because:   

    and Im prepared file legal proceedings and my next complaint is with ********************* I have multiple people including my seller and buyer and licensed realtor prepared to substantiate by complaints. This law firm should not be practicing law and the general public should be made aware to stay clear of  the this unlawful practice.

    I am rejecting this response because:   Because the complaint in question does not satisfy the Airb&b expenditures expensed due to be law firm negligence and disregard. We attempted during the closing prices on 4 attempts during the closing to get answer aid assistance they completely disregarded our phone calls after holding our files on record for over 30 days once the closing date arrived we virtually had to do there entire process in 3 weeks everyday was a brand new set of surprises of neglected task they abandoned Im prepared to notify my network of public medians to expose the atrocious  behavior of ***** and her staff just imagine hiring an attorney who drops the ***** and ignores every request for resolution then once it reaches this point pretend like they care its infuriating and all of there clients needs to proceed caution. I want every ***** spent on Airb&b on lodging and housing my client during the time it took to fix their mess or Im gonna file a complaint with Texas Bar write numerous remote on every major review unless the money we spent is  expensed.
