    I had this place make me a duplicate key for a trailer tongue lock. When I went to pick the "new" key up, it didn't work well. They would not allow me to refuse the key. I had to either paid the $50 for the defective single key, or purchase a $110 tongue lock from them--that had been marked UP in price with an ink pen--with the old lower price still in view! I can get a similar tongue lock for half that much. A few weeks later, we were eight hours from home at a trade show, and could not get the tongue lock off of the trailer at the end of the show. It was a huge hassle- we had to pay somebody to come cut it off, and it put us hours behind on pack up day as well as our travel plans, causing us to have to spend another night we hadn't planned on.

    To investigate this further we would need an invoice number to show exactly which key was purchased and when and to show which locksmith helped you. With an invoice number we can look into this further and understand the details a little better to give an appropriate answer to this unfortunate circumstance.It is not our policy to refuse keys, and we would be happy to refund you.
