    East Texas Pool Service came to my house because I asked for an estimate on repairing my pool heater. I thoroughly checked the pool and pool equipment other than the heater. All automatic switching functions, digital readouts, indicators were functioning 100% properly. East Texas Pool knew it because I told them specifically. I requested an estimate for repair of the heater to take to the bank and borrow the money. I never got an estimate but I start getting a blank invoice for $208.00 each month. I questioned it to the collections service they hired and yesterday I got an updated invoice. $55.00 temperature sensor and the balance of $140 something said it was for conducting a 'pool school' for me? Really?I should not have to pay anything for an estimate. I singed nothing and I did not ask for a Pool School.I have written my position and had it delivered signature required but I am still getting billed.I am 77 years old and have a nice house. I feel like I am victim of Abuse of the Elderly. Like they think the old man can be pushed into paying because he probably doesn't remember what he said. Not so. I am sharp as a tack and remember everything.Thank you ****** *****
