When we decided to invest in solar energy, I spoke with a friend that had already done so. He recommended ***************** and Energy Improvements. I called him, and he arranged to drive down from ***** ***** to our home in Pasadena. I found him to be very personable, friendly, and honest. Sure, he sells it, but it's his own company so he didn't need anyone's permission to make a deal. Our situation also required a new roof before we could install the panels, (We were already aware, as the roof was pretty old.) ** used his connections to set us up with Elite Roofing, who did a fine job. For the panels, ** used Fusion out of *******. The process was straightforward, they handled the permits and inspections, and the upgrade to our breaker box. Energy improvements provided ************* to install the radiant barrier during the hottest time of 2023. It started paying off immediately allowing us to raise the ** temp by 5 degrees and to start saving 30%~40% on ** costs.Energy Improvements Inc.

1 starI have been totally misled by *****************, owner of this company.My first bill just came in. I had 454 kWh used and 454+691 kWh generated. I got &27 off of my bill.At this rate, it would take 100 years to pay off this system.This is a SCSM OF THE FIRST ORDER.This is not how it was presented to me by ***************** at his office on 5th street several months ago.I will be seeking legal actions against this person and company for compensation and damages.Terrible.BUYERS BEWARE!!!Review fromTammy A

These guys acted as sales rep to a solar company they backed/ partnered with at the time in 2022. Told me Id be 100% solar by buying panels and them throwing in their radiant barrier. 9 months later Im paying the solar panel loan $200 a month and the electric company $200. Was better off the way I was just paying my normal electric bill. But yet trusted your rep knew what he was talking about as supposedly this company has been doing this longer than anyone. I reached out to him on this concern with a respond text that **** apologize we arent happy and yall no longer do business with ****************** because theyre a bunch of crooks. Kinda feel like it takes one to know one at this point. Wouldnt recommend. Dont trust them to accurately do the math on your solar needs. They have no guarantee like they say. Just in it for the money not for the customer!Energy Improvements Inc.

***, There has to be something wrong somewhere. First thing, you will not get credit if you did not switch to an electric company that has a " solar buy back program". That would be the main reason your not saving. The other reason is that the system has not been turned on. I will reach back out to the engineering department to make sure of it. Did you sign off on the utility permits when they were emailed to you. That would hold up the power to turn on your system. We will do all we can to rectify the situation. 5 starsA client of mine unfortunately had a fire in one of their rental properties. The damage was not only substantial in the room it occurred in, but the smoke damage throughout the home affected all the building materials. After finding out the supplier of the radiant barrier, and contacting Energy Improvements, to my complete surprise, the radiant barrier was going to be replaced at no charge to my client. The original barrier was supplied and installed in 2018, and in March of 2023 they are still honoring their warrantee and upholding their word. As a contractor, I can't say how shocked and pleased I have been with Energy Improvements and their values.
