    Worst place to do business with. Started off by lying that there was no contract by ***** and that the lease was only for phones. Then when we told them we are about to switch it to a different company told us that there was a contract and that we had to pay a termination fees. On top of this they are charging us a sales tax on termination fees. Then when we asked if we could pay by credit card they said yes and then charged us even more money as convenience fees and never informed us about it. This place is run by crooks. Then ***** one of the owners had the audacity to tell us that we were making a huge mistake and that we were going to repent switching from them to a new company. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Avoid this place at all costs.

    ******, this is disappointing. Our company has done nothing but cater to your needs. You were aware of the contract, and there were no issues with it as long as you benefited from our services. We provided countless hours of free IT and network support. When **** mentioned you would regret it, it wasnt meant as a threatit was because we believe in the quality of service we delivered to you. Our customer service is exceptional, as both you and your team know. I have sent multiple emails advising you to change your payment method to save on the convenience fee. It is sad to see how your entitlement undermines our good efforts and humble work.I do not know at what point you decided it was acceptable to cross the line from slander to defamation of character. We have done nothing but treat you with the utmost respect, and in return, you leave false reviews because you cannot hold yourself accountable for your decisions and actions.I wish the best on your future endeavors.Regards,****************************************************** President/Owner

    What a awesome company with exceptional employees. ***** and ********* go way above the call of duty, and that says ALOT about the business. Just dropping in to make sure everything is running smoothly without me having to call speaks loudly about their customer service, and dedication. So a huge shout out to this company!!! ***************************
