      On 10/26 **** came out to inspect damage on our garage door. I paid the $125 fee required and he also asked for a $100 deposit for the panel he ordered right in front of me & said he would return on 11/7 to install as well as replace the button on the garage door opener on the wall. I texted him on 11/7 no response. I texted and called over the next few days. He responded on 11/9 "Update on part coming sometime tomorrow will install Friday am". Friday (11/11) came and went. I've repeatedly contacted **** via text and vm but he never responds. I've also informed him my garage is malfunctioning & if he would return the $100 since he has not returned to do the work. Still no word. When he installed our garage door in 2015 his service was good. It is a shame it has declined. Wish I'd read reviews on this company before seeking them to do my latest repair.
