    When we first met ****** and Mr. ***** We went over our project details, measurements, and design, we were very impressed.Mr. **** said we can surely do it as we planned but, when the contractors arrived to get the project started they wanted to change our original plan in order to make it easier for them.Mr. ***** came to us to ask us to change the original plans to fit his needs and that we will have a well-done job. We felt like he was to keep as he promised but, that isn't the case. Now, due to all of the changes they made, there is a water leak from the roof and below flooding our ************** all of this is Bad. We communicate with him to request repairs or corrections ( he is not taking responsibility for his job and get frustrated and even wants to charge more..) He is not willing to do as he said to us. he is now blaming it on us and refusing to correct the errors, he is asking us to pay him more in order to do it right, which he and his crew made wrong, to begin with. We paid him almost $18,000.00 and we now have a MESS to correct, please if you are thinking of doing a project be careful and do your homework prior to hiring a contractor. We hope your experience is pleasant from beginning to end, we hope the **** MASTER will take pride in what they do and do things right for all.Sincerely,***********************
