      11/29/2023 Talbott Propane came and filled our propane tank, leaving a bill. We had not requested or called them to come. In fact, we were going to go with another company because they treated our favorite salesman poorly and we wanted to go with his new company. My husband called ********************** and asked why they came when we never called, and they said we had been made route customers. He asked why, since nobody called to see if we wanted to be, and we had never requested to be route customers. They had no answer. We were told to pay when we wanted to, and my husband told them to come get the gas. They declined. 1/12/2024 they called me personally, and I said no, I didnt think we should have to pay for a product and a service we never agreed to, and she asked if she should have the gas sucked out. My husband and I are honestly afraid, with the shady business practices we are observing, that they will come and **** ALL the gas out, even though we werent even empty when they came, and then we will have nothing to cook with, especially with the upcoming weather at the time. 1/16/24 Mrs. ********************** herself called and accused my husband of nonpayment and of using stolen gas to heat our home during this freeze (we have electric heat, so thats not true). We are being extorted for the money to pay for a product that we never requested, and they are using questionable business practices to force their product on people. We dont feel like we should be responsible for this. We own our tank. They are demanding $336 for this service.

      The **********************s and ***** Family (The favorite Salesman) have been long time friends for over 30years. They have been to each others birthdays and special events. They are still in contact with each other up until a week before this incident. ***** stopped taking calls. We Valued ***** as a friend and an employee.
      The reason ***** left was because he already had 1 foot out the door (as he was respectfully wanting to retire) and created his own exit.The Day ***** left he was not in agreements with a coworker and said the words F You to his coworker. At this point there was back-and-forth language. While ***** was angry and exiting this day, he made the comment I will destroy yall,And Went to my competitor that same week and started to do deals with them. *************** in December of 2022 over a year ago so the ****** family where still getting propane from us in April 2023 as that would Mean Their Favorite Salesman would not be employed with at that time. Also, one of my drivers left and went to them also. And last week they have tried to persuade my driver that is employed now to move directions and work with my competitor which he did not accept the offer that was presented.  This is the clear up we still have no hard feelings for the same reputable person he is. There was just a disagreement he has not gotten over.
      Regarding the stolen gas Comment, I never said it was Stolen the customer requested to siphoned out the gas; the worker gave an alternative option to pay when he could. The customer was given an opportunity of suggestions to resolve the issue. The resolution from **************** stated he would come in and pay by the end of the day (as he still has not came by the shop to pay). Later comments to ******** **************** stated the price of the propane was fair, he only felt he was unwilling to continue services was due to principle of the company. And when Mrs. ********************** Spoke with **************** on the day,he would be in by the end of the day Mrs. ********************** was calm the whole time trying to find a way to make them happy by asking What do you want me to do Trying to find a solution to this situation all While he was being very rude and yelling.As we Delivered 11/29/23 at 2:57pm.
      The ****** family has been a loyal customer to ********************** since 2020 (and its been in more than one location as we leased a 150g tank to them and it was a lease that we only filled and did not charge for this Tank) allowing Talbott Propane to supply propane *******.
      Route Customers: to be in a route you have a credit with the company and those customers are valued. And that have been loyal customers to us. Due to the upcoming Artic Blast, we went and made sure our customers were taken care of and they didnt have to worry about running out in this cold weather as we will be busy with the call-in customers as being he was at 35%
      **********************s propane does not want anyone to run out of gas like her daughter did that cold night in 30 weather. So, regarding the comment leaving a customer without gas by siphoning out your tank dry would never happen due to reason this business opened.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The response includes flat out lies. ******************************* did not yell or act rudely, as I was standing directly next to him when he spoke to you. Also, you did not give ** propane due to ********** blast, as you came and forced your propane on ** in November, and the blast was in January. This response does not in any way attempt to come to an agreement with us, only to defend yourselves. My husband did say he would pay because he is way too nice in response to your offensive speech and behavior, because he was sick of your harassment. If this is your only response, I am NOT satisfied. 

       

      Also, I have no idea why you must discuss ****************** business with us. It has no bearing on this case
