      I paid $5,100.00 on Jan 9, 2024 for a Kinetico model 2060 water conditioner and a Kinetico K-5 Reverse Osmosis unit with a brushed nickle faucet and various other accessories needed for installation. I have only gotten the run around since then and now on March 13,2024 I can't even get hold of him on the phone and he refuses to return calls. I either want my money back or the unit installed immediately. Thanks for any help you can give me.*******************

      We purchased the most expensive Kinetico water softener and reverse osmosis products from this company's unmotivated salesperson, which took months to come in before it was finally installed six months ago (I am still not happy with the look of the faucet, but the water is delicous). The *********** need replacing, however when we called this company for replacements today, we are told they are having problems and that this basic request will take an unknown amount of WEEKS to get a resolution. We would not have spent thousands of dollars on their system if we knew that simply getting filters would be such a hassle. I had to contact a different (further away) Kinetico dealer for the replacement filters.

      On December 30, 2022 I signed a contract with a representative with AquaPurification for a water softner to be installed by them. I was lead to believe this would be done soon so I gave him a check for $4600 which was deposited within a few days. I did not hear from them and when I checked with him I was given excuses and more excuses. This has been 4 months and nothing....I am asking for my money back and more excuses about that. I consider very poor service and theft of my money. Any help you can give me would be appreciated. I am asking for my money back.

      I had previously purchased a system from them around 2010 with no issues. I purchased a system for my new house for $4400 in August 2022 with delivery promised by around the 1st of October. I never heard from them and finally called around November 1st. I was told the unit wasn't in yet. After another month I called again since they had not contacted me. I was told again the unit was not in. At that point I asked for my money back. Since then I have gotten nothing but run around, promised callbacks that don't happen. Evidently no one is in charge to speak to. I called ******** corporate who promised to look into it even though this dealer is not owned by them. As of today February 17, 2023 I still have not received a single call back. I went in person as well and got the same run around. Very poor customer service and attitudes all the way around. I just want my money back.
