      I'm going to give an honest review of something that happened to me at the ************************* yesterday. I drove all the way from *****, ***** to ****** because I chose the ***** credit union because I've been with them for 15 years. I went to go pull $2000 out of my bank account. At the drive through, I was told I could not. I said that's okay, I'll drive around and go inside. She goes well. You can do that, but I can't give you 2000 and I said, why is that? And she said, because income tax time is going on and we just have a limit. I told her that was ridiculously wrong. That a customer could not take money out of their own bank ************* I call the ****** ****** to talk to ****, the manager at ****** ******. I Told her immediately that I had a recorder on and was recording our conversation. And I only said that, because i'm do not feel that I was treated like a customer, not one that was valued.She actually told me she had someone in the room with her. To listen to our conversation, sounds to me like they were trying to protect their own butts.Long story short After I drove off from the credit union yesterday, with $1500 500 short on what I originally wanted. I got 3 phone calls telling me. I could come back and get the other 500. That was ridiculous to treat me. That way, I called channel 6 news, and I'm going to have them investigate this to see if anybody else has had a problem with this credit Union. I think I'm going to move my money to a different bank but I want other people to know you if it has to be going on the t. V to let them see what's going on with this credit union that is wrong. I was told I could go to an ATM for the extra 500 yesterday. That was like slapping me in the face. After I drove forty minutes to my credit union.I try to get on the company's website to leave a review. But it looks like they are only put on there. By the company, it looks like they don't allow customers. Even though it's a customer owned, they don't allow customers
