    On 10/28/2024 I paid this company $699 dollars to fix my fence that was damaged by the fiber optic fiber workers. Two posts will need to be replaced. We may be able to reuse the pickets.Will need to replace the 2x4 wooden frame, not able to reuse the existing 2x4s.Gate Repairs1.0$699.00$699.00 Reframe gate with metal frame Two new metal posts New 2x4s Note: This job falls under our minimum fencing project fee. This is to mainly cover the technicians time. Please also note that smaller jobs are typically scheduled with other existing/scheduled jobs for efficiency in scheduling and job fulfillment.Unfortunately, they did not preform the work correctly and left me a gate that allowed for my dog to get out and they installed one post next to the existing post when I was quoted I needed two. They did not install no metal frame and my gate was not uneven and very disappointing. I spoke with them and they could see the job was not completed as discussed and told me because the pickets were going to not be able to be reused. Instead of getting with me they decided to do what they want. Then the manager had the nerve to state because they had to come and fix what they did wrong that my option was they can come fix it or refund for the frame and one post which is definitely not acceptable. Im just very disappointed and feel they should have fixed my fence correctly and not made it worse than before I requested the service. I do not feel I should have to have boards nailed to the bottom of my fence and my fence look as though it was just thrown together. I paid good money for my fence and if they could not fix it correctly they should have never touched it. I did ask for the supplies I paid for that was not used and told because they need to rectify their disaster I would not get

    The complaint has been received, and we have made contact with Darlissa. The Customer ultimately wanted us to give her a free gate replacement. She has been refunded the full amount that she paid.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I never requested a free gate I requested for my gate to be repaired properly. They lifted my gate and then cut it to cap which still was completed incorrectly as my neighboor was teaching them how to cut wood in the dark. I sent them the video of this happening. They did not complete what they stated in the estimate or in the verbal agreement. I have had to hire another company and will be charged ***** for them to get it corrected. They did not refund me I disputed it with my card company and that is how I received my refund. I have attached the conversation and the response after sending to my card company.
