      I am currently leasing a copier and printer from CTWP, I have been in a contract with them for 5 years and from the beginning of the contract I have had issues with print quality and loss of product due to the printed not being able to handle the jobs that was promised to me. I have made numerous complaints and the company has on occasions sent out a technician, they fix it, it works for a job or two and then I start having problems again. Recently my contract was expiring and I asked to cancel and was told I couldn't because I had missed the cut off. When I then asked if my printer could be repaired or switched out I was basically told the only option I had was to pay a buyout fee to get out of the contract. I asked was repairing and /or switch out not an option and the company has basically stopped responding to me. I have been going through this for for 5 years because I was locked in a contract and didn't want to ruin my or our Church (who is actually leasing the equipment) record. This company has repeatedly ignored my requests and had not provided the service that they promised. I need help resolving this issue.I have attached a copy of my last communication from the company.
