    I was recommended this company, and was nothing but displeased. Not only did they clear my inspection to move into my home, they cleared it with wood scarps all exposed to dirt in my crawl space. Later down the road not knowing anything they ask if I want to renew their warranty plan saying I was still covered for protection and someone will come back out and make sure I dont have any active termites. So I pay the money and a man comes out to check. He is in and out in 2 mins just looks outside leaves and says Im good. Being displeased with this I contact another company for a second opinion and find the worse. I am active and they neglected to clear my crawl space attracting the termites and to fix this issue its 2,500$ I went ahead and fixed the problem with the other company due to their continued negligence. When I call them about all of this they refused to help pay for any services and said I needed to use them and they would spot treat as needed. The customer service to fix their mess up was less the par, the manager admitted fault and apologized but refused to help me pay for the damages. Never use this company as they only look out for themselves. And not the hard working community just trying to survive in the crazy place we call life.

    We were not hired to clear the wood debris or fix the skirting of the house that had wood to ground contact.  One of our inspectors, who is no longer with us, did a poor reinspection of the home.  I wish we would have been contacted at that point so we could have come and thoroughly inspected the home and treated any activity found.  We are currently waiting on documentation from this customer to reach a reasonable conclusion.

    I am rejecting this response because: I just got off the phone with them and after I went out of my way to provide all the documentation they asked for including the clearance report from their company clearing the wood to dirt under my house,  that they did not even have on record themselves so needed me to send them their own documentation, they told me it was not their job to remove any wood debris found in the dirt in the crawl space even if it would attract termites, in addition, the sheds with the active termites where not on the house there for they would not over the treatment of the sheds that are next to my home on my property. in addition too not only was the office manager very short tempered and rude to myself that she was even rude to the company owner of the new pest control service i now choose and will continue to use, as he actually cares about his customers and wants to do what is best for them regardless if it is in his " Scope of practice" because apparently removing debris that will attract termites is not something this company does.

    When we did the wood destroying insect report for this customer, we inspected the home and the detached garage.  When we do the inspections we always ask the realtor if they want the additional structures on the property inspected for an additional cost.  We were hired to inspect the home and detached garage only.  On that report we indicated that there had been previous termite activity on the house that was no longer active.  There were signs that the home had been previously treated for termites as well from the drill holes.  On this report we brought to the attention of the realtor and customer that the wood to ground contact around and under the structure needed to be fixed and the areas of wood rot needed to be fixed as well.  We were not hired to do this work as this is not one of the services we offer.  A foundation company was hired to removed the debris and wood to ground contact under the house.  The realtor then let us know that these issues had been fixed.  A year later we went out to inspect the home and detached garage and found no active termites on the structures.  The customer then had another pest ********************** company come out to inspect the home, detached garage, and 2 sheds on the property.  The other pest control company did not find active termites on the home or detached garage but did find activity on the 2 sheds that we did not have under warranty.  At this time the customer elected to have the 2 sheds, home, and detached garage treated by the other company.  Again the 2 sheds were not under warranty and the customer through their realtor declined to have the 2 sheds on the property inspected by us.  After having the other company treat the house, the customer called us and asked us to pay for the treatment that the other company performed.  We declined to pay for the treatment because the active termites were found on structures that we were asked not to inspect and did not have under warranty.
