    I placed an order on 5/20/24 for some hidden snap basket weave belt keepers. The only option for shipping was 2 day shipping costing me $18.00. After the time frame of when I should have received the keepers and hadn't I called to check status on them. The lady who answered the phone was like I'm so glad you called I couldn't find a phone number for you but the keepers were out of stock and it would be the following week before getting anymore...I paid using ****** so I know my contact number was listed. Finally received the keepers on May 31st and they were the wrong keepers, not what I ordered, and noticed the shipping was only 9 dollars and some change. They didn't reimburse the extra funds for shipping. They emailed a shipping label to return the keepers and they were delivered back to them on June 7th. It is now June 23rd and still have not received a full refund and I keep getting the run around about getting a FULL refund including the shipping. I just want a full refund of $55.83. They have their merchandise back now give me my refund. I have filed a ****** dispute as well.

    The customer was refunded her money. The reason the shipping was cheaper for us is because we are a business, we do get a better rate. She received the whole amount which included shipping
