      I am an equal member of North Bosque Water Supply Coop but am not receiving equal treatment. I built a house in a new development on their water system, and before moving in, they put water restrictors on all of our individual water meters, restricting our flow and now affecting our pressue at every moment of the day. After attending almost every monthly public board meeting since moving in, and addressing all of our concerns, we are given no answers or if/when this will ever resolved. This affects if I'm able to run more than one water source at a time. My neighborhood is the only water meters on the water system hat have restrictors put on them, all before moving into our newly built homes. Myself and other neighbors are feeling treated very unfairly. Their only form of communication is through calling their answering service, where we will sometimes get a call back, and sometimes we have to just keep calling because we never get a call back. Recently, I received a very unprofessional form of communication from one of their employees via text message, and then I was even ignored via text after replying to their message with a couple follow up questions. The way we are treated when we go to the public water meetings has been very disrespectful. They act as if they don't care how much water we get to our homes, as if it isn't there problem, but they are the ones who the water meter's were purchased from and who provide us the small amount of flow and pressure we do have. We are all being treated unfairly by having these restrictors on just our meter's while the other roughly 840 other meter's on the system do not have them. We are seeking a fair solution for everyone. We want to be able to enjoy the new home we just built, but are unable to fully do so due to the individual restrictor they put on my meter without any correspondence beforehand or any personal reason for doing so.

      We have experience a great number of issues with North Bosque Water. 1. Water Restrictors on our water meters - we are apart of a Co-Op which means all members should be treated equally, but there are a number of customers that have ********************** restrictors placed on our meters with no explanation at all that is causing major issues with our homes. 2. Lack of response and/or professionalism related to customer service - We call and get an answering service, but have to call multiple times to even get someone to call back. If they call that is, sometimes they may respond unprofessionally via text. 3. Admin Issues - we have had incorrect bills processed and also customer billing addresses/info are still not getting updated after multiple requests weekly/monthly. Overall it seems that there are people that do not want to "deal" with the complains or issues that we have made directly at board meetings, phone calls, or submitting emails/letters. The lack of response and lack of customer service is also frustrating and as a Co-Op member, do not feel that some are being treated fairly.

      on 12/26/2023 I received a bill for $44.85 from the North Bosque Water supply corp. for my deceased parent's estate. Account#***. this estate was sold in November 21 2023. I contacted the water company on 11/27/2023 and paid the final water bill of $43.18 plus a $1.29 transaction fee for a total of $44.47. I have been trying to contact ***** who is in charge of billing, the calls are routed to a answering service. I have been calling since 12/26/2023 and no one will return my calls. this bill will not be paid until someone gets in contact with me and answers my questions. and I have also email them.
