The service was not good. The person who told me over the phone that I needed a new salt cell forgot to include the updated collars in the package, which took another 3 days to obtain. Then the diagrams of how to install those collars that came with them left a lot to be desired and was primarily for a new installation. So I had to wait another 2 days so I could call in and find out how to install them. All the while my pool was, of course, not running. Basically it's really not a good idea to buy a product that needs maintenance from a company that is not accessible except by mail and that keeps limited hours.

Purchased this generic IC60 salt cell to replace my old ******* IC60. Honestly this salt cell is better than the ******* in my opinion, especially considering the price of the ******* vs. the generic. The salt cell has a easy to read display and was a 2min of install since it was just replacing an existing cell. Discount Salt Pool website was extremely easy to use and actually had a live chat feature that made it easy to get any questions I had answered. Product arrived as scheduled with no issues. I will definitely be using this website for any future purchases I may need down the road.Discount Salt Pool

Discount Salt Pool had a great promotion going on salt chlorinators (better than any other I had found). I contacted them with a few questions and they responded quickly.
