    This company is incredibly professional and helpful. My sentiments are echoed in all of the ****** reviews and I think this the other guys review is incredibly immature. These guys are always on time, they provide great service and their prices are fair. I had ***** come clean my pool for a few years. he retired but the new guy they have cleaning my pool now does great work too. If you guys are lookin for a pool cleaner in the ***** co. area of *****, give these guys a shot.

    I had this company come out and quote me for repairs and cleaning of my pool. They quotes a fair and reasonable price, which I accepted without haggling over price.I asked the owner, ******, when I could expect to see the crew on Monday, as ****** had told me they could start at the beginning of next week. I also mentioned that punctuality was important to me, because given my wife's serious health issues, she has many doctors appointments and therapy sessions each week, and I need to have my parents drive 45 minutes to take her when I have them working. ****** got offended and said he wasn't sure he wanted to do the job, because I was being unreasonable (sic). We talked for awhile, and I explained to him that I didn't care when they said they would be there, just that they arrived when they said they would. I told him if they got tied up, just to text or call me. I just didn't want them to say they'd be there at 9, and not show up till 3 without so much as a text or call.This morning I recieved a text and voicemail message, that they where no longer interested in doing the job they quoted, and I accepted.If having a company do what they say they will is important to you, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
