    My husband and I own an older mobile home. And like any older home plumbing issues come up. But the one thing that is true with all plumbing regardless of age is it's never simple. I have worked in the plumbing and HVAC industry for more than 13 years off and on. Like most issues they happen outside of the normal hours of 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday. I called on a Saturday expecting to leave a voicemail and instead was greeted with a friendly voice who later I learned was ****. He gave me the option of having somebody come out that day or waiting until Monday. I opted to wait but his man, *******, was there first thing Monday morning to assess the problem. And no it was not a simple fix however he made it so that at least I didn't have to smell sewage until he could return. **** was also kind enough to ask me the extent of any water damage so if I needed to do an insurance claim I could. His thoughtfulness and thinking through all the parts and pieces of my problem. ******* returned and fixed what was the obvious problem. Flush the toilets when he was done making sure that everything was working right. Then later that night early morning we started having backup issues again. So once again we're outside of the standard hours they stood behind their work came out and fixed the issue. Yes, Plumberoo, could have nickeled and dimed me to death especially with the amount of time and effort that they put into not one, but two plumbing issues. However, That's not what happened it was fair and they stood behind their work. Honesty, candor, professionalism, hardworking, and what old mom/pop businesses should be are just some of the qualities that ***** ******** and Plumberoo have shown me. I have found my long plumbing company I will turn to for any of plumbing needs in the future. I strongly recommend them. Thank you ******* & ****. Blessed be!
