      I had a subscription to their services and cancelled it once the contract period was over, they sent a letter of confirmation saying that I would not be charged after October 2023, they have continued to bill my credit card every month since, I have had a number of telephone conversations with them. I have disputed the charges every month with my bank and they have ruled in my favor. I have attached the email below.

      I have been illegally charged and continues to be illegally charged by Audatex for a subscription service to my business. When I received my first bill I contacted Audatex within 1 hr to get help. I told them I do not want the service, I told them I never accessed there site, used there software or even opened anything from this company or speak with anyone from this company to set up billing or service. I than emailed them right after that email telling them to cancel all services by there company policy. They than continued to bill me for the next 4 months. I have contacted several times this company and ask for help concerning these bills and service. I get no phonically answered and emails go no where but they tell me that They will see what they can do and that they have an email from me with a signature I signed electronically with a pen. The signature is not mine and can clearly see this. I need help in cancelling this service and getting this closed and bill gone. I have googled about this company and this happens to multiple businesses in this field and this is nothing new. This clearly needs to get investigated by the federal goverment and you need to shut them down

      We were paying about $150/month for their software. This was for an unlimited amount of auto repair estimates per month. At one point the sales guy we dealt with called us to offer extra benefits for more money per month. There were features like extra mechanical aspects to the software and maybe frame dimensions, etc. I agreed to a three month free trial (I believe it was) to try these features for free to test it and see if we wanted to start paying for those extra features. Then, they set up a date for online live training. This was to get us access to these features and to teach us how to use them. We were here for the scheduled call but the call never came. I reached out to the sales rep that day but he never answered. We also called the 800 number and talked with someone who seemed concerned and said they would get it handled and call us back in 5 minutes. That call never came either. I called multiple times and couldn't ever get it resolved. **** got the sales rep on the phone. He was defensive and rude to her. Wouldn't handle the situation at all or call us back. Audatex charged me the full amount of our $150 PLUS all of the extra features despite our numerous attempts to stop the service that we still hadn't gotten. I called *********** and disputed the extra amount. I happily paid the $150 for the service I was using and had access to. They ruled in my favor and said Audatex agreed that I did not have the access or training. This happened two or three more times and it resulted in the same thing. After so many attempts of that and some research from ***********, they offered to block Audatex as a vendor so we wouldn't have to continue doing this monthly. I received calls from then occasionally and I explained the same scenario over and over. Each time they told me they'd have someone reach out to discuss the details and fix the situation. Until today, I received a call that Audatex sent me to collections for breach of contract at ********

      I sent a cancel notice May 2nd 2023. well before the 90 days notice of my contract end date that is Nov. 3rd. Got email back saying my service will end Nov. 30th. I will receive one more bill in Dec. for Nov. i agreed to pay that last bill in Dec. But i still have the service. They did not shut it off on the 30th like they said they would. So i am not using it anymore. And cannot get a response back from the company. I will keep trying. Iwill not pay anymore after the Dec. payment.I also have all emails from the company person stating my cancellation was approved for Nov. 30th.

      Solera Audatex was a software provider for my company. They contacted me about over $400 they owed me in overpayment. I requested reimbursement and they advised they would forward to me. The reimbursement check never was forwarded despite multiple email promises that it was mailed and I finally lost trust and cancelled my account via calls with their billing office followed up by emails to their billing office and account manager. I even mailed a copy of all correspondence to their office. I not only have not received my reimbursement for my overpayment but they continue to charge me for the service and tell me a manager is the only one that can cancel my account. Its been 9 weeks+ and no manager has returned any calls or responded to any emails. It is as if their mysterious manager somehow has the power to hold my account hostage continuing to charge me month after month despite me telling them I wanted to sever ties due to mistrust and rack up more charges again me while keeping my overpayment for themselves. This is bad business practice and I need the help of the BBB to help me resolve this issue. At this point, I would like charges to them paid through June 30, 2023 and any remainder of my overpayment refunded to me. The account closed and our relationship dissolved. This has been ongoing since November 2022

      On March 16th, 2023, I have paid my final invoice for using the software provided by Audatex for my company, Brotherhood Adjusters LLC, and told them to pause the membership at the time. Since then, I have sent multiple emails, attempted multiple calls that lead either to voicemail or hang **** to cancel the account. The company still keeps sending me past due notices and extra charges, despite us no longer using the services and requesting to cancel multiple times. Each time I get a hold of someone, they say they will get it fixed. Despite that, they keep sending me invoices and late fees, the latest being yesterday. I would like them to cancel my account and remove the unauthorised charges.
