  Company name is misleading! I would NOT suggest using Weed Man Lawn Care! When not all your yard is treated and you ask why, they will make up lies on how they walked and sprayed from a hose when your camera records everything and proves they didnt treat large areas. Also lies and says there are no weeds in that area so they cant treat it yet as the pic I sent shows there are tons!! Then contradicts that there are no weeds and says we cant spray there because its all weeds and would just be dirt. Instead of rectifying the problem, they close your account without notifying you first, so they dont have to deal with customers who question what they are paying for. ****** jumps to her own conclusions when you send pics as proof and then insults you, calls you names and talks to you in a very condescending way. I would never recommend anyone to use this company especially with the half way performed treatments to the yard and then the anger and aggression presented by ****** when you send proof and ask why. Which she stated she was angry and upset and closed my account when I called her to discuss in a business manner all because coming to actually do what I paid for would cost her too much money. ??

  I am aware of your public postings about our business and personally against two employees. We have records with all written communication and recorded phone calls with you since the time you initiated services with our company. We also have screenshots from your postings. These records clearly show the difference between phone call conversations and your written statements on social media and with the BBB. The campaign you have started against our company is uncalled for and slanderous. You were asking us to continue treating your lawn in those conversations as well which goes against other claims that you have made. For instance, I personally listened to all recordings to check on which areas were supposed to be treated and there are false claims there against the office and the technician. You have made numerous false accusations and the two below are easily verifiable:1. You stated an employee, ******, by name and claimed that she called you names There was no name calling in any of the communication. This is completely false.2. You indicated in your posting strings that she did not offer you a refund and simply canceled your paid in full account. There is clear communication that your account would be refunded in full. This was stated before and after you asked to continue with our services. A full refund was issued the day after the last communication as promised.

  Had weed man dropped my service year or so ago. After trying another company I have gone back as my yard was just not the same without them.

  We have really enjoyed our new services with *******. We switched over from another company we had been with for the last few years and have really enjoyed the great communication and thoroughness at each treatment of our yard by *******. This was a welcome change compared to the other company we use to have. ************** was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining exactly what he would be doing as well as tips for our lawn. I would recommend them to anyone!
