    On May 31st we paid ******** for a full year up front to slip our boat at this ******* The new management there said they were working on improving the place which wasn't in great shape although we never saw any improvements or upkeep occur during the 2 months our boat was there. The manager even gave our slip away to someone while we were currently enjoying the lake and had to park our boat some place new when we came back to dock which involves rescuing our rope and cleaning the new slip of all the debris and spider webs, wasp nests etc in order to temporarily park there since she let someone else use our slip. She apologizes and said she would give us a month off but we never reciebed a refund of any kind. Then on July 1, 2023 our boat had a major mechanical failure causing us to remove the boat from the ****** and place at a repair shop. Since July 1st the manager had been screening calls and text messages and refusing to refund us the remaining months we no longer want to stay there for l, especially with our boat out of commission and we definitely do not want to come back there when it's fixed, whenever that is. I traced the Grayson County land owner to Marine Quest in ********* ** but the phone number listed online does not work. The manager of Lake Texoma Marinas name is ***** and is the only contact phone number listed. At thus point any money back is better than none but a full refund is what we'd want at this point since she takes your money and does nothing other than allow you access to her pitiful boat wasp and spider infested docks and can't even keep track of which slip she promised to who and update her patrons when she changed lock codes, which she's also done without notification blocking access to what you've paid for.
