On January 8 speights and sons came to our home to pump our septic tank because of a backup. They came and "pumped" our tank, I paid them the $200 requested and they left by 5:30 that afternoon. By the next Sunday morning (1/12) both toilets were backed up again unable to flush. I uncovered the tank lid and removed the cap and the tank is full to the top with thick, black sludge.I texted them and told of the problem but did not hear back from them so I called twice and got no answer so I called from a different phone and he picked right up. He tried to say the lines were stopped up by grease. I told him that they were not stopped up, if they were the tank would not be full. He said they'd be out next day by 4 pm. Never showed up. He won't answer my calls. He answered a text saying they were behind and would ne out after 4 pm. Never showed up. Now won't answer calls or texts. We've been 5 days without toilets, shower or able to cook meals. I have cancer and on treatments. My wife and I are both disabled and on fixed incomes and can't afford someone else to come pump our septic. I have told him this but to no avail. At this point are trying to borrow money to get our situation taken care of.
