    Hired them to do mold remediation in my home. I'll give them the one star because they certainly DID remove the mold!! Yep!! But-----bad news is......when they claimed to have found mold underneath the staircase---which is in a historic home and made of solid marble---they demolished the staircase completely. The mold assessor reminded them that they needed to get written consent from the home owner before performing this drastic demolition. I told them I wanted to consult with an engineer to see if there was a way to save these one-of-a-kind stairs. But, nevertheless, before I could make it to the job site a crew of folks were almost done with ****** hammers and my marble staircase was nothing but a pile of broken rocks. NO CHANGE ORDER WAS EXECUTED OR SIGNED BEFORE PERFORMING THIS DEMOLITION. What happened after that??? I was asked to sign a change order after the stairs had been demolished A WEEK LATER, and presented with a new bill for $3500 for the demolition!!!! AND to top it off, they put a lien on the property!!! Needless to say, I'm headed to court with this company. The contractor, ***** ******* has managed to avoid the process server 8 times now. I cannot get any of the other partners to respond. In the meantime I have a beautiful historic home with a big blank space where the staircase was!!! Ugh!!!
