    We were looking for a transport company to pick up a vehicle from ********, ** and transport it to *******, ** which is my residence. On April 4 2023 we received a text from ***************** stating they located a company to take care of our transport and it required a $300 retainer which was paid immediately. The next morning they contacted the seller of the vehicle and said they were 3 hours away but they did not show up until 10 pm. As they were loading the car the seller advised the transporter that there was 2 rear bumpers, an engine block, 2 misc. boxes of parts that needed to go with the car. They were able to make room in the car for the 2 boxes of parts and they placed the 2 rear bumpers in the back of the transport pickup all other items were left with our approval. During the time of the car load the transporters had the hood of the transport truck up as they were working on it as it was not running. At this time we were told that there would be delivery of the car no later than April 7. April 8 at 5 pm we told ***************** that we had been waiting for 2 days for the delivery of the car and were told the driver would contact ** when they are in range. On April 9 we were told by ******* that the truck was broke down. April 10 the driver contacted ** stating they were in *************, ** and they were at the shop getting the truck fixed. April 16 we messaged the driver and asked if the truck was fixed- they said it was fixed and they would be in ***** that night delivering 2 other vehicles and then they would head our way. Saturday April 22 we received a message from the driver stating they were headed our way from Woodland, **. The driver arrived that evening with our car and missing bumpers. He stated that he had just loaded our car 3 days prior in *************, **. For 3 weeks we were lied to constantly about the location of our vehicle. The bumper is close to irreplaceable. We are currently searching for a replacement.
