I hired this company to replace two commercial doors. After about one month, one of the doors hinges failed and the arm/bracket broke off almost hitting one of my customers in the head. About two months later, the second door hinge fail. Now a spring in the door has broken and the door will not remain closed. This company will not honor any warranty and wants to be paid to come fix the doors that broke probably within two months of instillation. I am currently forced to use a bicycle lock to keep my doors shut and locked.

I am rejecting this response because:   I am still waiting for a repair action from this company

This process was taking way too long. The other company was not responding and I could not wait any longer on them to fix my doors.  I had to hire another company to fix them.  The only resolution I will accept from them now is reimbursement for what I had to pay the other company.

      Thank You,

NO. I have not heard a word from them since filing the complaint. I have had a friend tell that they told them I filed a complaint and they called me a "pussy".  Sorry for language, just trying to be accurate.

We respectfully disagree with the customer that this material should be replaced under warranty. We originally tried offering free labor if the customer would pay for the replacement material, but that proposal was rejected. We have no other solution to remedy this situation. Thank You

      Customer Answer

      Date: 04/14/2025

I am rejecting this response because:   You are inaccurate.  You said you would supply the material because you had it in your shop, but that I had to pay the labor, which was going to be over a $1,000.  And this was something that was your company's fault and should have been under warranty.

Understood sir. Either way, we felt the solution that we attempted to provide was reasonable. Thank you

      Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:   Understood.  We'll see if the BBB and the small claims court feels that way.

This company basically just admitted to lying to you guys.  They offered to give us a $10 part they had in back room if I paid over $1,000 for labor for a door that was under warranty.  Notice they avoid the "under warranty" part of the conversation.
