    I scheduled a ride with Executive Tranzport on the recommendation of the ************* airport. I was supposed to fly out at 6:10 AM ************* morning (May 18). I spent the night in ************* on Wednesday night to keep my daughter from having to drive me from ***** at that hour. Both the flight and the hotel were booked after corresponding with Executive Tranzport about their availability and service hours. I received multiple confirmations by both email and text, including a reminder text at 4:03 that morning. I was waiting outside my hotel for 15 minutes before I suspected that no one was coming. I tried to call their phone number and it went to voice mail and the mailbox was full. I replied to the text number that the confirmations had come from and got no response. At that point I scrambled to find an alternate ride and finally found a taxi that could pick me up, but unfortunately I had already missed the check in window for my flight by the time I arrived at the airport. I was forced to wait on the next American Airlines flight at 2:10. My daughter ended up coming up from ***** anyway so that I didnt have to sit all those hours in the terminal. My biggest frustration is that no one from Executive Tranzport made any effort to contact me either to inform me that they couldnt get me or to apologize after the fact. My husband was able to talk to their receptionist Thursday afternoon. She promised to get with her manager and have someone call us back but that was three business days ago and we have yet to hear from them. We asked them to compensate us $150 for the price of the hotel room, alternate ride service, and meals that I had to buy in the airport. Fortunately American Airlines did not charge me additional money for missing my flight.
