    On 3-3-21 I paid 1 Day Coatings to install a "coating" to the concrete around our pool and patio. The product carries a 15 year warranty against peeling, chipping and cracks. It has *******************. I have reached out to the business several times via email, text and phone. No luck and they never returned my calls. So I then reached out directly to the warranty company and again have had no response. 1 Day Coatings should stand behind their work and the warranty they issued me and get this damage fixed. I paid $5665.50 for this work and it is damaged after 2 years when it has a 15 year warranty. This company is impossible to get ahold of.

    22 May 20, 1 Day Coatings installed 15-yr ******* coating on our patio (around pool) & front porch. 1 Day Coatings informed/provided photos on numerous discrepancies & said all would be fixed. 1 Day Coatings fixed some problems and said bare spots would be fixed later. For months, we were unable to get 1 Day Coatings to repair bare spots. 30 Mar 21, 1 Day Coatings owner came out to see problems, apologized, said he'd "make it right", we'd be "100% satisfied" & work would be done in 2-4 wks. We called & txt'd many times to get on schedule & were either strung along, ignored, or told warranty work only done on weekends. 23 Aug 21, owner msg'd crew could do work 24 Aug 21. We agreed. On 24 Aug 21 crew applied clear coating over previous coating & dirt spots. Patio then very slick! Alerted owner on 24 Aug 21 & sent photos. Owner said "it was supposed to be sanded down the dirt should have been washed off", "this can be easily fixed" & would be done that week. It wasn't. We txt msg'd owner (27 Aug 21) asking when work would be done. 30 Aug 21 owner said it would be done 31 Aug 21. He then msg'd supplies needed were in transit for past 2 weeks & will arrive 3 Sep 21. By 10 Sep 21, we txt msg'd owner for update. Owner said 13-14 Sep 21 & ******* rep would be on site. When we asked if patio would still be slick after work, owner said no, crew would apply "proper grip additive". Coating didn't appear slick to shoes. But, Mar 22 when pool could be used, coating was extremely slick to wet feet. 3 people fell walking around pool, 1 required medical attention. Owner alerted to safety hazard & said previous grip additive likely sanded off during repair. Owner said patio would be completely redone. We've called/txt'd numerous times Mar 2022 til now to schedule repair work, been scheduled 3 times for repair work but no one has shown. This experience has been a nightmare. We want 1 Day Coatings to install coating correctly, eliminate safety hazard or refund $9,646.65.

    On March 5, 2018 1 Day Coatings agreed to install ******* Industrial Coating on our screened in patio and outside patio for a total price of $2,000. *********************** was the Field Technician representing ***********************, company owner. Installation was completed as agreed upon with a 15 yr residential warranty. This was a new home.During the summer of 2022, screened in patio floor had bubbled up in places and started to peel. On Sept. 12, 2022 I contacted 1 Day Coatings and sent pictures by phone of the problem. *****, an employee, came to our home on September 16, 2022 and agreed to repair the floor but couldn't get to it until December. I tried to reach someone to confirm date and time on December, 12. No one would answer the phone so I left msgs. but no one returned my calls. On December 19 we reached *********************** on his cell phone. He advised employees I spoke to in Sept. no longer worked for him and he claimed he didn't know about our problem. So I sent photos again (floor had peeled even more by then) and he said he would get back to me. He never responded and hasn't answered our phone calls.Our expectations are that the floor be repaired and the 15 year warranty be honored.

    1 day coatings did our garage floor a couple months ago this past summer. They didn't do the job completely and so a warranty was to cover them coming back out 2 weekends ago to fix their issues. We had been on the schedule for 2 months. We cleared out our garage and the company no showed, no called. I saw they read messages on messenger and there was never a solution. I was 9 months pregnant at the time and had to move furniture back in. Absolutely terrible experience for what we paid and now our floors are never going to be fixed unless we spend more money with another company. Total fraud! In doing my research I have found that this has happened to multiple people in terms of their "warranty".. they never fix their mistakes.

    I want to start off by apologizing for any and all inconvenience. I will be more than happy to get you taken care of. We have had a change of a lot of employees. I am short handed. I will call you in the next couple days. As far as the messenger goes I am not very tech savvy, I do remember starting to talk to you. I lost the conversation in the fb.
