    Hired falls foundation originally for a crack in the south side of the house Aug 22. **** ******* came out, inspected the site, and we were sent the quote on 22 Aug 22 for 6 piers for $2,400. They came out and put in those 6 piers and even took out the crazy bushes that were along the side of the house. We have no issues with them them. We had them back out 6 Dec 22 working the north side of the house under an estimate for $16,000 to put piers along the north, west and east side of the house with piers going in down the center hall of our house. We were walked though the operation of the job by **** ******** explaining how the doorways would be blocked off, vents blocked off and all work would be safe and as dust free as possible. Well they did the work on this second job over multi trips due to weather and finally come Feb 22 they had put all 16 exterior and 5 interior piers, dug a tunnel under the house for repiping to be done to remove cast iron and then back filled that tunnel. We complained to **** about the work done inside now being done as he said due to my asthma. I was home the whole time they worked and watched the house bounce and parts of my kitchen move and break the tile. Everything ended up covered in cement and dirt dust because there was no covers put on any vents, all bedrooms ended up covered in dust and our hallway floor was finished off with unflattened cement. The vinyl planks in one bedroom was broken, the bathroom tile was cracked, the bathroom door and both bedroom doors could not close or open properly and when we explained all of this to **** we were told so what this is how it was done and his men were doing their job. None of the employees wore any form of pvp when working with the **** ******. We held back paying $1,500 due to paying for a house cleaning, vent cleaning (had it done previously but the job made that useless), and air purifiers. ******* ****** said it was okay just send proof. Now have pipe issues and garage leaning.

    I am rejecting this response because:  the leak was repaired during these jobs,  and the price was agreed upon with the understanding of safety of the house/ family members lung health in mind. The withholding of money at the very end of the job was agreed upon with member of company and all receipts were provided to company email as was requested. Every time we try to discuss on the phone with manager it either takes many months to get ahold of the manager or everything is pushed back at us a fighting and manager will not budge/come to any form of fair decision for the customer. Customer requests money paid back (requesting half of full amount paid, paid ****** for both jobs in total, would like *****) and apology for disrespecting customer with unsafe workmanship that customer is still dealing with the fallout from.

    This customer stated previously that they had a active plumbing leak. We encourage the homeowner to get a plumbing test that shows pressure and drop over 10 minutes for fresh water as well as a sewer test showing inches of loss at the riser over 10 minutes.
    This customer failed to pay for the ********************** as agreed.

    I am rejecting this response because everytime customer tries to reach company we get in contact with secretary who has told us she will call back after contacting owner **** however we never hear back. Last time this happened secretary told us she had been advised to not call us back even though we were waiting on decision related to either doing warranty work or paying back. 

    Leak tests have all been completed. The issues stated is the work done by foundation company and the effect it had on the interior, exterior and underside of the house. We are dealing with sink holes around the house where the pillars were put in,  doorways that will not close, windows which are loose in the wall, and a hallway that is not even close to even so we can not put down new flooring. 

    Requesting company contacts customer when they are available due to our inability to get a hold of manager and provides us with repayment. Thank you.
