      On 4/3/23 ***** Mendoza contracted with me to relevel the center of my house. He was to provide all materials needed for the job. He was to replace any bad boards, reinforce where needed and add blocks under bathroom floor where it had been previously replaced, add extra support under shower. And clean out from under the house when done. Instead he removed supports from under my bedroom and close to edge of foundation to use elsewhere. He even used landscape timber for some of the support instead of blocks or 2x4 or 2x6 treated lumber. About 3 months ago I started noticing a ridge going around the middle of my bathroom floor. It was getting worse so I went outside and looked as best as I could under my house and realized that he actually had not put any support under the bathroom floor. And at that time I started trying to contact him to come check it out. At this point now my whole house is worse than before he worked on it. So after many attempts and several weeks of trying to reach him he finally called me after I had to threaten to take him to court. 2 weeks later he finally came and looked at the bathroom floor and said that it wouldnt fall through which is a lie, its worse every day, and that he would be back the next Monday to fix it and take care of the other things that he didnt do. He never showed up and now I cannot get in touch with him. He has me blocked on his phone. I have a lifetime warranty on my contract with him that I paid him ******* for a job that he didnt fulfill. He has messed my house up and now I am going to have to pay someone else to fix what he messed up. I had to borrow the money to pay him and still paying on it and now Im going to have to borrow twice as much money to fix it. I am working on the paperwork to take him to small claims court if BBB cant get my refund. I do not want him back on my property. I feel like I was a single woman taken advantage of. I appreciate any help in this matter. Thank you,***********************

      Paid them over 30.000 dollars to level house do some plumbing put new roof on and paint house. Plumbing is not finished and house is half leveled. Hot water running out the hose in backyard ect. Knocked holes in rocks to get air underneath house left them Even left a Jack underneath outside wall you can see thru one of the holes they made. Took the money and wont return calls. Our floors are unlevel where they weren't before.They are con artist and thieves never use them.
