    ****** conducted herself extremely well when helping me (helping! Actually allowed me to use my own experience in installing floors) in my home after a water leak ruined my work half way through installation. Contrary to the one lone review, she was fantastic to work alongside and with her primary employee, ****. She worked me in after being referred to her by a mutual friend, and I'm ecstatic with how fast, affordable, and especially how high quality the job they both did. I was able to knock it out with them in under 6 hours on a weekend just days after her receiving my referral. From my limited knowledge, the one star reviewer is likely a person who had reneged on paying her for services rendered (nice ***** move there...), so take that review with what ever salt you choose. I know quality flooring work when I see it (considering I did mine!) and she easily beat my work, primarily due to her expert work at making difficult cuts (that I had sadly failed to make in the past due to lack of experience and tools). I hope yall have a better perspective of their company going forwards.
