    so I went there because I was told he was the surgeon to see for my neck surgery...I get there and they hand me a pee cup and said they need a sample...I explained i have a pain management group and I'm only there to discuss surgery...the so called RN said that's fine but they need pee in a cup before they see anyone! I said no problem can you give me 15 minutes at least? I'm sure I will be able to pee then...she said WE DONT HAVE 15 MINUTES, WE ARE ON A SCHEDULE! So I said if someone would have told me that before hand I would not have urinated before I came, so she says "WE ARE A ************ WE DONT HAVE TO TELL YOU ANYTHING!" YOU CAN GO ACROSS THE STREET AND DO A BLOOD TEST IF YOU CANT PEE!" ...I said ok that's perfect! I will run across the street and do the blood test....then the all knowing RN was corrected by her receptionist and was told that wasn't correct to which she then disappeared stating she was an RN and knew what she was doing....WOW...disgusting service, disgusting communication and an obvious red flag to see a neurosurgeon that's not tied to a pain management clinic which seems to be their main source of revenue....I hope the ** takes the time to watch the video of the entire encounter...disgusting
