    ********************s Family Practice took over a month to send in a referral for me, and over 2 months to send one in for my mother. After a month of voice messages and calls by me, ********************s nurse, ******, finally called me back and continued to talk over me as I was trying to make her understand that this is a constant thing when it came to referrals. She told me if it were that important then I should have texted them because theyre too busy to take a bunch of phone calls and I should know better since I clearly hear the phone ringing every time I go to their office as those were HER WORDS. In return to me sending a text as ****** said, to tell her that the other office STILL didnt have my referral, she had Dr. ******************** send my FATHER a notice that he had to find a new doctor A person who had nothing to do with MY referral, but because they didnt do their job, they punished my father who has a list of serious illnesses. We have been patients YEARS longer than any of his staff has worked with him. To neglect a paying patient by not sending in prescriptions and referrals, should simply not be called a doctors office! To go after another person who has nothing to do with my medical business, like they did to my father, is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. But hurt their feelings or point out that theyre not doing their jobs and theyll make sure to make you wait even longer to send things in or dismiss someone you know as a patient.
