      Took my Vehicle that is under manufacturer's warranty in for an oil leak on 7/23/24 and they stated they fixed it. Took same vehicle back on 8/27/24 for same issue and they stated they fixed again, Same vehicle is now at another dealership for the same issue because this company never fixed the issue in the first place. Now I have been without a vehicle for over a week. I called the4 service manager to let him know about the issue and he treated me as if he could care less. Not even and apology.

      I had a signed offer sheet for a used car on April 19, 2024 from Foundation Mercedes for a 2018 *** 650I. They then said they couldnt sell me the car at that agreed upon, which is illegal by the way. I didn't want to but I did go ahead and pay the higher price in large part to the fact that they said I could buy a *** factory Platinum extended Warranty which would be good for 5 Years or ****** miles with $0 deductible from the time I purchased the car for an additional $3,255.00 which i paid for. For over two months after I took possession of the car, I kept checking with my local *** dealership to see if the extended warranty was showing up on the car, and nothing was coming up. I constantly kept asking Foundation ******** where the warranty was, and would never get a reply. Finally on August 24th I get a call from the general manager that they can't provide me the warranty for the price i paid. So twice in this one transaction, they misrepresented the deal, and the extended warranty was a major reason I agreed to pay the higher price and the additional $3,255.00 for the warranty. I told the General Manager that I expected them to deliver the warranty that was sold me and I paid for. I was told back in August that the ** would take the issue to upper management, but I have not heard anything and it is now October 22nd. Has anyone else had problems like this? We may have a class action situation with this dealership.I do want to say that my Sales person ****** was wonderful through the whole process, and fought hard to get me taken care of.

      Called service **** around first part of August 2024 to schedule a recall service. The lady seemed in a rush and said they would call when parts arrived. Hung up before even getting a name and vehicle info. About 10 days later I called back and talked to ******. She took information and said as soon as she hangs up she will go find out what's going on and call me back shortly. That was about 4 days ago. I finally called Saturday and talked to a guy that took messages and explained to him to make sure they cancel out my service, which in all likelihood wasn't even scheduled to begin with. Their communication and knowledge on dealing with customers needs to be worked on. I'd recommend going elsewhere as far as service goes.

      When I looked over the offer of a used vehicle they had, I noticed they had added two protection packages at $995.00 each. One covered little things like water spots and stains and the other was for a gps tracking device. When I told them I didn't want either option, they informed me that they weren't options and were a company policy to include them. Keep in mind that this vehicle was not being financed through the dealership and a bank hadn't even been decided on yet. I've never had a dealership force something like this on customers before. They said I would have to have both packages for at least one year at $399.00 each and that was the best they could do. They then agreed to give more on the trade-in to offset the fees. That offer was already well below a fair price so negotiations were needed anyway. After a deal was made, I asked the manager where the gps device was located so I could remove it and he refused to tell me. Very shady and unprofessional practice that I will avoid in the future.

      We took our car which was still under warranty, in to have a water pump replaced. After 3 weeks, we called and texted, but couldnt get any response from them. My husband went to the shop and was treated terribly! No resolve. After 4 weeks I went in to check on the progress, and the *************** manager was incredibly rude. I asked if we could at least get a loaner. He very angrily said WE HAVE NO LOANERS!! Its 5 weeks now, and no hope in sight.

There is no excuse for the lack of communication you experienced, and we are very sorry we were unable to reach you by phone. Unfortunately, the part that was required to repair your vehicle was on a national back order and took over a month to arrive. Once the part arrived, we diligently installed it, and quality checked the vehicle to ensure good operation. The vehicle is under warranty and there is no cost to the customer.       If I could give zero stars I would. I went in two months ago to fix my car that was sounding like a lawn mower. There was a part needing replaced, they were paid thousands, and the problem persisted. I bought it back in and it had created more damage to my emissions system. They charged me, replaced another part, the problem continued. I got upset and they finally said it wasn't my fault (they had blamed me for running over things) and said they would replace the parts and fix it. This was two weeks ago. They are now giving me the runaround because they want to be paid first by GM parts. They said they weren't able to get me a rental car because they owed Enterprise too much money. Meanwhile I'm driving around a car with three small children, while pregnant, with dangerous emissions seeping into the cabin and environment and they do not dare. Please do not go here for sales or service. I tried to also trade the car in but they low balled me on my trade terribly.

      I bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I had it literally 2 minutes and it completely died on me. They towed it back and put me in a rental and " fixed " the issue. It took 3 days. A month later the exact issue happened and had to be towed back for something that was supposedly fixed the first time, Now I have to wait a week for the repair over something that they said was " fixed " the first time. I haven't owned it 2 months and I still have paper tags on it!!!! I'm not out of pocket because they are taking care of it but that's ridiculous. I was also told they knew something was wrong with it when the previous owner had it but never got fixed.

      We are working diligently to get the problem permanently resolved. Unfortunately sometimes the issue appears fixed and then pops up again and this is what has happened in this situation. The person that traded it in had it repaired and then a few days later came back to trade it in on something else. At the time we took it in on trade and then ran it thru our shop it was running as it should. Unfortunately the issue popped back up once it was purchased. If we had known it was not permanently repaired then we would not have sold it retail and put ourselves and a customer in this position. We will continue to work with Mr. Klumpp until the issue is resolved.
