    On 1-25-2025 our motor locked up in our car due to the oil plug not being in our oil pan. We took it to Foundation *** in ************* and that is where they found that the oil plug was missing. We the went to Take 5 and told them what had happened and they said that we needed to file a complaint. We then filed a complaint that same day and was told by a guy named ****** from corporation claim and he said that it would take 5-7 days to get a respond back. Here it is March 26th and after numerous calls and messages we have not got in touch with anyone that can give us any answers. Our claim was supposed to go to fleet response after 10 days and still has yet to be sent there!!

    On May 29, 2024 I stopped at this location to get an oil change. The ***************** who was doing my oil change let his hand slip when he took the oil cap off and he broke the coolant overflow hose off and knocked it down into the engine compartment. They replaced the hose but there is additional damage that was not noticed at that time. There is a crack in the outtake below the overflow hose. It has taken us this long to figure out where the leak was because it was hard to see and only recently the crack has gotten to the point that we can see the coolant pooled on the engine. I went back to the location to report this and they are refusing to fix the additional damage. I have enclosed a copy of the oil change charge to my bank account and the sticker they place on my window as proof that I was there. Also a picture of the leak still present. Circled in red is the part still leaking. Circled in blue is the part they replaced that the guy knocked down into the engine where the additional damage is. Any assistance in resolving this matter so they take responsibility and repair my car would be greatly appreciated. The bank charge did not show on my bank account until the next day which was May 30, 2024.
