    I was quoted $120+ chemicals for a 1 time pool cleaning. I received an invoice 2 weeks after service for $655.53. I was billed for multiple days and chemicals when no tech came out and serviced my pool. I was not told the cost would be 5x the amount that was initially quoted. Their website said I should receive an email and photo of pool after each visit. I received neither. All I ever received was the invoice with the amount due. This is poor business tactics. I spoke with the owner regarding the discrepancies with the invoice and billed, he was not willing to honor initial quote.

    We made six stops for the invoice in question. The work started 6/15/22 and completed 7/11/22. The $120 mentioned was an average estimate per stop. We NEVER do a firm quote on green pools.

    Customer was informed that it would require several stops and was given an estimate of the cost of the final invoice. Even if not, the pool was clearing up as we came every few days, therefore the customer knew we were coming out. A discount was offered for benefit of the doubt, several months ago, but was not redeemed.
