    I was told I would receive my deposit and prorated rent for November. During the walk through on 11/21/23 and even made sure they had my new address. I called them again on December 18, ********************************************************************************* the mail that week. On January 29, I sent a ******** message and all I got wS a heart. By then, the answering machine was not working.

    tenant initial gave us the wrong address...attempts to mail it resulted in letter being returned...tenant also stated we replied with a smiley face is not true...delivered letter in person on 2/21/24

    I have a wall under my dining room window that has buckled because of water damage due to a leaky air conditioner. After putting the maintenance request in writing with picturesAugust 29, 2022 and contacting the project manager about it by phone, I found the original request was erased and no one responded to my emails or phone calls.

    Maintenance from Property Management Solutions alled me at 8:21am on September16, 2022 regarding this issue.the came by to look at the window unit and Wall in my dining room. While there was no water on the floor in that area, they said to keep an eye on the wall and window unit for leaks a d let them know.
