************************* and her entire tax office is full of uneducated, unlicensed, unprofessional, tax frauds. We reached out to her in regards to our taxes back in the beginning of February. This is our 2nd year of filing with her. Last year we had several issues including her not answering the phone, being unable to provide documentation to our home lender showing what she filed on our taxes, and lying on our taxes without us knowing. She claimed that my husband was a motorcycle mechanic and had a sole proprietorship, neither of which is remotely true, she didnt tell us about it the home lender did, and that almost lost us our home purchase. Fast forward to this year, she again goes weeks and weeks without us hearing back from her on whatever or not shes even filed the taxes. She replies on 2/29 and says its filed thats literally it. After 2 weeks of asking if its done and if we can have copies of everything..When I reached out to her on 3/8/24 after weeks of asking for our tax documents, she calls me saying youre a dumb *****, your husband must not talk to you because Ive been to his job 3 times now to bring him copies which definitely wasnt true because my husband changed jobs and isnt physically at his old location. She then got upset, and said that they were just going to unwind our taxes because she didnt want to deal with me. All I have asked for is copies of our taxes. Which as of today 3/13/24 she STILL has not provided

This business handled my income tax and I have never used their services. It was strange when they said that my taxes would go to refundo bank then they will send it to my account. She never wrote on any documents that they would be take out $2,305.22. I am not sure if unlimited tax services or refundo is responsible. I believe I was taken advantage of, I have been with turbo tax for the past 5 years, this is the first time I have filed in an office. I have never had this happen before, I feel as though this establishment or refundo bank are responsible for 2300 missing from my refund. I have always gotten the information from the irs 'where's my refund' information direct deposited into my account. I believe as soon as I found that my taxes was going to a different bank, I should have refused service. There was no discussion or documentation about me receiving a receiving a refund $2300 less.
    Thank you so much.
